Audio-Graphic Conferencing System
Audio-graphical conferencing systems primarily utilize voice for multi-party communication, supplemented by communication devices such as fax machines to transmit graphic files. This is an early form of conferencing system.
Video Conferencing System
Video conferencing uses digital video compression technology to transmit video information streams during meetings; these systems are also known as audiovisual conferencing. During the meeting, participants can not only hear others speaking but also see their gestures and facial expressions.
Data Conferencing System
Data conferencing systems utilize computer systems to exchange data information over narrow-bandwidth communication networks. Meetings can be synchronous or asynchronous. User data applications run on the meeting terminals.
