Equipment Composition Of The Conference System

The most basic conference system consists of a microphone, amplifier, speakers, and desktop display devices (such as desktop smart terminals and LCD monitors). The combination of these devices constitutes a conference system, serving to transmit sound, display information, and amplify sound, enabling users to see, hear, and speak.

With technological advancements and increasing functional demands, especially the widespread use of computers and networks, the scope of conference systems has expanded. It now includes voting/election/deliberation, video conferencing, remote video conferencing, telephone conferencing, simultaneous interpretation, and desktop displays. These are the fundamental elements of a modern conference system, and a series of related devices have emerged, such as central control, temperature control, lighting control, sound control, and power control. Driven by modern technological development, a conference system is now defined as a complete set of hardware and software related to meetings.
