Our Manufacturing Facility

About Our Factory
Established in 2007 and expanded in 2019 with our own SMT factory (Hefei Sucheng Electronics), Yingmi operates a 50-acre industrial campus with 60,000 square meters of standardized workshops. We control every step of the manufacturing process from PCB design to final assembly, ensuring consistent quality and fast lead times for all our tour guide equipment.
Our facility is equipped with the latest automation technology, including 4 fully automated SMT production lines, a dedicated RF testing laboratory, and multiple automated assembly lines. We produce over 100,000 units of wireless tour guide systems annually, serving customers in more than 50 countries worldwide.

Automated SMT Production Lines
Our 4 fully automated SMT production lines use high-precision Yamaha and Panasonic machines to mount components onto PCBs with an accuracy of ±0.01mm. This automation ensures consistent solder quality and reduces human error, resulting in more reliable products.
We produce all our own PCBs in-house, which gives us complete control over the quality of the core components of our wireless tour guide systems. Our SMT workshop operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, allowing us to meet even the largest order demands.

Dedicated RF Testing Laboratory
As a professional wireless tour guide system manufacturer, we have invested heavily in our RF testing capabilities. Our dedicated RF laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art spectrum analyzers and signal generators to ensure that our products deliver clear, interference-free audio even in crowded environments.
We perform rigorous RF testing on every batch of products, including signal strength testing, anti-interference testing, and transmission distance testing. This ensures that our audio guide systems perform reliably in museums, scenic spots, and industrial facilities around the world.
Automated Assembly Lines
Our assembly lines are designed for efficiency and quality. Each worker is trained in specific assembly tasks, and every step of the assembly process is standardized to ensure consistency.
We use automated testing equipment at multiple points along the assembly line to catch any defects early. This includes automated audio testing, battery testing, and function testing. Only products that pass all these tests move on to the next stage of production.

We follow a 6-step comprehensive quality control process to ensure every product meets our high standards.
Incoming Material Inspection: All components are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our specifications
SMT Process Inspection:Automated optical inspection (AOI) of every PCB after SMT mounting
Assembly Line Testing:Multiple automated and manual tests during the assembly process
Aging Test:All products undergo a 48-hour continuous aging test to ensure long-term reliability
Final Quality Inspection:100% manual inspection of every unit before packaging
Pre-Shipment Inspection:Random sampling inspection of finished products before shipment
