There are two configurations for conference systems: standalone configuration and integrated configuration.
Standalone Configuration:
Depending on the needs of the conference room or meeting hall, a separate conference sound reinforcement system, simultaneous interpretation system, and voting system can be set up.
A standalone conference sound reinforcement system generally includes a main unit, available in wired and infrared versions. Wired systems include control boxes for the chairperson and delegates, microphones, and headphones; infrared systems include receiving units and electroacoustic conversion devices.
A standalone simultaneous interpretation system, in addition to the complete conference sound reinforcement facilities, also includes translation units for interpreters and translation language transmission lines. The chairperson and delegate control boxes are equipped with language selectors.
A standalone voting system includes a main unit, voting units for the chairperson and delegates, voting system software, a computer, and peripherals, including a printer, monitor, and sometimes a large-screen TV or projector.
Integrated Configuration:
An integrated configuration combines the conference sound reinforcement, simultaneous interpretation, and voting systems into a unified and rationally configured system. It is equipped with various functional devices and also features an intelligent system that integrates the control of various facilities such as lights, curtains, screens, and projectors.
