Hefei Humantek Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of two-way wireless tour guide headset system in China. With a professional production team, we are able to meet the needs of the majority of our customers. Welcome to buy bulk high quality two-way wireless tour guide headset system from our factory.
Most tour guide systems only send sound one way: the guide talks, the group listens. The YingMi 008S adds a full-duplex link on a 2.4G wireless connection. The host broadcasts to every sub-unit in the group, and any guest can press a button to request a two-way call. Once the guide accepts, the two talk directly, and the rest of the group stays connected. The 008S is built for factory visits, museum tours, study trips and engineering sites where the guide needs to be heard and the visitors need to be able to ask questions.

Key Features
Group broadcast with real two-way calls
The host speaks to all sub-units at once. When a guest has a question, they double-press the call-request button; the guide double-presses the confirm button to accept (one beep) and double-presses again to end the call (two beeps). Nobody has to raise a hand or shout over the group.
20 ms latency on 2.4G
The 008S transmits with latency as low as 20 ms and works up to 100 m in an open environment. The guide's voice stays in step with what visitors are looking at. Walls and other obstacles shorten the range in real venues, so plan coverage on site.
A full day on one charge
The built-in 500 mAh lithium battery runs about 10 hours. Charging uses a standard Type-C port at 5V/0.5A and takes about 2.5 hours. The unit shuts down automatically after 10 minutes with no connection or signal, so a forgotten headset does not drain its battery overnight.
ENC dual-mic noise reduction
Two microphones and environmental noise cancellation filter background noise at the source. System distortion is below 1%, maximum input is 110 dB SPL and output is 100 dB, which keeps speech clear on a production floor or at an outdoor site.

How It Works
Power on. Long-press the power button for 3 seconds. The host searches for and connects to its paired sub-units.
Pair. Press the pairing buttons on the host and a sub-unit together. The red light blinks while pairing and turns blue when it is done.
Lock the channel. Once the units are connected, short-press the lock button on the host once to block outside interference.
Request a call. A guest double-presses the call-request button. The guide double-presses the confirm button to accept, and again to end the call.
Adjust volume. Six levels. Short press moves one step; long press changes continuously.
Charge. Plug in a Type-C cable. The light is red while charging and green when full.

Application scenarios
Factory and corporate visits
guide international buyers through a noisy production line and still take their questions on the spot.
Museums and exhibition halls
keep a group together and let visitors ask without interrupting others.
Scenic areas and study trips
one guide, one group, no raised voices.
Engineering sites
coordinate a crew across a site where shouting does not work.

FAQs
Q: What is the working range of the 008S?
A: Up to 100 meters in an open environment. Walls and other obstacles reduce the range in a real venue, so we recommend testing in the actual space.
Q: Can guests talk back to the guide?
A: Yes. The system is full-duplex. A sub-unit sends a call request, and once the host accepts, both sides can talk. The host can end the call at any time.
Q: Can several tour groups use the system in the same venue?
A: Yes. Each group pairs its own host and sub-units manually, and the channel lock closes the connection channel to reduce crosstalk between groups.
Q: How does the 008S handle noisy places such as factories?
A: The headset has ENC dual-mic noise reduction, which filters background noise so the guide's voice stays clear.
Q: How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
A: About 10 hours of continuous use from the 500 mAh battery. Charge with any Type-C cable at 5V/0.5A; a full charge takes about 2.5 hours.
Q: Does the unit turn itself off?
A: Yes. It shuts down automatically after 10 minutes without a connection or signal, to save battery.
Q: Do guests need training?
A: No. Power, volume, pairing and call request are simple button operations, and the all-in-one headset has no cables to connect.
