(1) The design of the conference system should meet the requirements of the client and the functional requirements of the conference.
(2) Small conference rooms, board meetings, and general academic exchange meetings should be designed according to basic conference discussion systems. Some meeting rooms may be equipped with conference video tracking and recording systems, conference video display systems, and 5.1-channel surround sound systems.
(3) International conference rooms and business meeting rooms should be designed according to conference systems with simultaneous interpretation capabilities. They should be equipped with conference video tracking and recording systems, conference video display systems, and preferably 5.1-channel surround sound systems.
(4) Meeting rooms with fixed seating can use wired or wireless audio transmission systems. Meeting rooms without fixed seating should use wireless audio transmission systems.
(5) Larger meeting rooms and meeting rooms with observer seating should be equipped with conference public address systems in addition to conference audio systems. Conference video tracking and recording systems and conference video display systems are also recommended.
(6) Brand products with high reputation, good quality, and large market share should be given priority.
